Paper Presentation

Rules THEME Participants have to make paper presentation in the following topic of • Robots • Working module with IoT devices, • Robotic arm, • Automatic robot in industrial manufacturing A paper presentation is a way to organize and formally convey research findings, ideas, or information. It often involves writing a document (a paper). To further clarify and reinforce the content in the paper, the presentation may additionally incorporate visual aid, such as a slide show. A paper presentation's objectives include knowledge exchange, debate, and feedback from peers and subject-matter authorities. We are conducting the presentation in online mode only. For online, link will be provided before. Submission guidelines for paper presentation • Submission of full paper (in a word document) for not more than 4-6 pages clearly mentioning topic ,College name, mail id of the author, before 14th March to the mail • Based on the peer reviewing of the abstract, papers will be selected for presentation and will be communicated through the same mail. • The presentation should be at a maximum of 7 minutes • There will be a 3 minutes query and answer session following it. • The oral presentation should be in the form of PowerPoint slides that contain the brief of your paper, with a minimum of 10 slides and a maximum of 21 slides • All team members should be present online during the presentation (There will be an interactive session with the judges after the presentation) • The recommended fonts are: Title Fonts: Times New Roman, 14 font size, bold and underlined, left alignment; Sub Title Fonts: Times New Roman,12 font size, Bold and justified alignment • Team can have a maximum of 3 members
